All local orders above $80 will enjoy complimentary standard local shipping. Otherwise, we charge a $8 flat rate for standard shipping.

Change of shipping address after an order has been placed:
Please DM us on Instagram or email us at findtheduck@hotmail.com. We will try our best to change the address if the order has not been shipped out yet. However if the order has already been shipped out, we apologise that we will not be able to make any further changes.

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges, except for defective products or wrong items sent to you which have not been used or laundered, and with tags still intact. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
